About the role (Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities may include):
  • Process Corporate Actions (mandatory/elective) and provide voting services when needed.
  • Manage income and redemption events, including interest, dividends, and tax reclaim support.
  • Process of client trades in equities, bonds, funds and derivative transactions ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Handle post trade control, identifying and resolving errors in failed transactions, coordinating with counterparties and custodians.
  • Handle outgoing/incoming payments and liquidity movements, ensuring correct routing and timely execution.
  • Ensure smooth payment flows through investigations, exceptions handling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives (incl. RPA) and challenge existing processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements by developing standard and adhoc reports, analytical tools, and dashboards.

  • 1.400 € - 2.050 € a month
    Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
