We´d love to have you on our team if you:
  • Have a background in economics, finance, or accounting, and solid experience in payroll and/or accounting
  • Are fast, accurate, and highly detail-oriented
  • Have experience with Baltic payroll (Estonia, Latvia and/or Lithuania) or payroll experience in another Nordic country, such as Sweden or Finland
  • Are confident working with international stakeholders and senior-level executives
  • Work independently, take initiative, and enjoy building new processes
  • Have a positive mindset and strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Are ready to support colleagues across a wide range of HR- and payroll-related topics
  • Have excellent English skills, both written and spoken
