Shape the future of personalized marketing in the Nordics. Consumer Marketing is part of SEB Kort’s Product & Tech unit. Our mission is to build loyalty and drive profitable behaviors in a cost-efficient way through automated and personalized communication.

We are now looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist for a 12-month parental leave cover to join our team in SEB Kort and help us take data-driven marketing to the next level.

About the role
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, building, and optimizing automated campaigns and communication flows. You’ll design impactful campaigns, leverage data-driven insights, and work with leading loyalty brands to create meaningful customer experiences.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Designing and executing Marketing Automation programs in Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Planning, building, and running campaigns across multiple channels (email, InApp, SMS).
  • Collaborating with project managers to ensure campaigns and workflows are aligned and updated for multiple markets and brands.
  • Developing and maintaining templates, workflows, and automations with a strong focus on quality, testing, and compliance.
  • Segmenting target audiences, analyzing behavioral patterns, and turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Setting up and analyzing A/B tests and control groups together with other team members.
  • To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Proven experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and Marketing Automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and one Nordic language, both written and spoken.
  • Relevant academic background or equivalent work experience.
  • Bonus: experience in sales and marketing.
