About the role:
You will join a critical function within our CRO organization, safeguarding SEB’s resilience by shaping its liquidity risk framework. This role offers deep insight into banking operations, liquidity dynamics, and risk management in a regulated environment. You’ll drive the maintenance and development of liquidity risk models and scenarios, collaborating closely with Treasury and stakeholders across all business areas. Your work directly supports senior management decision-making and ensures our balance sheet connects to business strategy.
• A university degree in mathematics, economics, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in liquidity risk, finance, treasury, or quantitative risk analysis.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of liquidity risk frameworks, metrics, regulations, and bank balance sheet.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal), fostering effective collaboration.
• Hybrid work model, meaning remote work is possible up to 2 days/week
