Are you an emerging L&D professional with a passion for learning development and a talent for creating impactful learning experiences? Join SEB as a Learning & Development Specialist and help unlock the full potential of people while driving the L&D agenda across SEB.

At SEB, we recognise that the world of finance is evolving at an extraordinary speed. That's why we're committed to driving towards a more sustainable future for everyone — people, businesses, and society. Since we welcomed our first customer in 1856, we have been a catalyst for positive change by providing reliable advice and capital to people with ideas for the future. If you are ready to make your mark on our industry and positively shape the world, you will thrive at SEB.

About the role:

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in a oneyear temporary position during a maternity leave, starting as soon as possible, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

In this role, you will lead learning and development initiatives linked to our learning portfolio for clientfacing roles. Working closely with L&D colleagues, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders, you will translate learning needs into impactful learning experiences.

You are selfdriven and collaborative, with the ability to work across the organisation and build positive relationships. Your experience in applying AI tools within an L&D context will play a key role in accelerating innovation and strengthening the effectiveness of our learning offering.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in Learning & Development, with handson experience of modern LMS/LXP platforms.

  • A solid understanding of Learning Design (concepts and tools) and Service Design methodology, and the ability to apply AI tools effectively in an L&D context.

  • Strong collaboration skills and practical experience with MS365 tools.

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

What we offer:
  • Possibilities to reskill by shifting areas/departments and location

  • A diverse, inclusive and equal environment

  • Hybrid work model, meaning remote work is possible up to 2 days/week

Do you want to be part of SEB?

It is our fundamental belief that inclusion and diversity is crucial for our future success. We strive to have an inclusive, value-driven culture where employees feel valued, respected, and involved irrespective of who they are, what they believe or where they come from.

Since we select candidates continuously, feel free to send in your application today via the link in this ad, but no later than 2026-05-29. If you have questions about the position, please contact Markus Lind, markus.lind@seb.se, note that we will not process applications via email.

Please be aware that our final candidates undergo background checks, a process that includes for example identity control, verification of qualifications, credit checks, company engagements and history of crime. In some cases, we also apply random drug checks. During employment, employees within SEB can also expect to undergo recurring background checks.

SEB Sweden has a redeployment responsibility, which means that this position might be covered by internal redeployment.
