About SEB Equities Corporate Actions
Equities Corporate Actions Team is responsible for Corporate Actions and Dividends processes related to a variety of financial products within Equities business area such as Equity Swaps, Securities Lending, Cash Equities and Collateral.  Our role is to ensure seamless processing and service to our customers and stakeholders, minimize risks, maintain compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. We also play an integral part in advancing our significant automation, data initiatives.

What you will be doing 
Joining our team based in Solna, your role as a Student Worker will involve supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth processing of dividend events by proactively identifying and resolving issues, conducting investigations, and maintaining operational accuracy.

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, counterparties, clients, and team members to enhance efficiency and overcome challenges. Additionally, you’ll contribute to optimizing team processes, ensuring compliance across multiple regions, and driving continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will also include administrating operational workflows and identifying opportunities to implement best practices.

Who we are looking for 
To be a great fit for this role, you have completed 1-2 years of your studies within Economics, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in banking or finance is an advantage, but not a requirement – what matters most is your willingness to learn and your unique perspective.
As a person, you are structured, have attention to detail and are a doer with a proactive mindset. You are curious, humble and open to learning new things. You value teamwork and shared success. You have experience from administrative and/or analytical tasks. Also, you are comfortable with using Microsoft tools and have good communication skills.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish is required for this position.
