About the role:
We're building a brand-new Analytics team in Riga, and we’re looking for talented developers to join us on an exciting journey!

This team will work in one of the bank’s key focus areas – handling payments, accounts, and all related services. We’re now creating entirely new solutions for analyzing payments and account data, giving you the chance to work on systems that truly matter.
As a developer on our team, you'll be involved in the entire development lifecycle, including:
  • Gathering and analyzing requirements
  • Shaping solution architecture
  • Designing, coding, testing, and deploying new systems
  • Collaborating closely with teammates to build scalable, secure, and maintainable tools
  • You'll be part of creating a skilled, curious, and collaborative team focused on delivering real impact.
    Our tech stack includes:
  • Java
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Cloud Storage / BigQuery
  • Must have-skills:
  • Several years of experience in developing Java applications, writing efficient and maintainable code
  • Experience in cloud technologies (Preferably GCP or any other major cloud platform)
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem
  • Great communication skills and fluency in English as work execution is related to foreign countries.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and collaborate well in a multicultural environment, such as working on cross-functional projects with diverse teams
  • Nice to have-skills:
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of the banking industry
  • Experience with DevSecOps tools and processes
  • Soft-skills:
  • An outgoing and positive team-player attitude
  • You are motivated to explore new ways to enhance our processes

  • 3.100 € - 4.700 € a month
    Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
