About the role:
As a Divisional Security officer, you’ll be at the forefront of handling security-related matters and driving our information security strategy. The primary focus will be to ensure that we maintain SEB´s security posture and continuously improve our information security capabilities, with a particular emphasis on control and cyber defence. This also includes harmonizing our overall information security strategy and ensuring it aligns with the evolving threat landscape. The role reports to the Head of IT Risk and Compliance and involves guiding others towards the right decisions, verifying that the organization has delivered on internal and external expectation and with a risk-based approach. You will also perform third-party monitoring and due diligence activities to verify that external partners comply with our information security expectations.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
A strong understanding of information security principles, frameworks, and best practices relevant to handling security-related matters. Experience in cyber defence strategies, including incident management and threat analysis. The ability to contribute effectively to the implementation of a multi-year strategy, focusing on controls and cyber defence. A proven track record of supporting the harmonizing of information security strategies across diverse teams.
