Corporate Finance
Corporate Finance, a core function within SEB Investment Banking, leads the Nordic market in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) advisory. Our clients include Nordic large corporates, financial sponsors and global companies with strategic interests in Northern Europe.
Corporate Finance Growth
Corporate Finance Growth is a full-service M&A, capital raising, and ECM team within SEB Investment Banking, advising private and public growth companies regarding strategic transactions. Our team supports the companies of tomorrow, as well as Nordic corporates and international investors with an agenda to invest into the Northern European growth landscape.
About the job
We offer full-time Analyst positions for recent graduates and professionals with relevant experience. As an Analyst, you will play an integral role in our project teams – supporting transactions from day one. Your work will span valuation analysis and modelling, market research, preparation of presentation materials and actively participating in team discussions and client meetings. You will have the opportunity to work across several different industries, with different types of transactions and in different phases of companies’ growth journeys.
Who are you?
We are looking for highly motivated, team-oriented individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep interest in business and finance. You combine strong analytical skills with curiosity and a high sense of responsibility. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are detail-oriented, proactive, and bring a service-minded, collaborative attitude to your work. Prior internships or relevant work experience are strongly preferred.
