About the role: 
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the dynamic Business Solutions team, which is responsible for contributing to various HR strategic projects and supporting our HR colleagues in process analysis, data & analytics and the agile journey. Your analytical expertise will drive impactful HR initiatives and projects. In this role, you will not only contribute to the enhancement of our HR processes but also serve as the key point of contact between our HR department and IT, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Additionally, you will support IT and system development by helping the development lead collect, structure, and review requirements, as well as consolidate different development needs across stakeholders. This combined focus will enable you to strengthen HR processes while also driving the effective delivery of IT and system solutions. 
As a Business Analyst you will:
  • Support ongoing projects by aligning IT, business goals and stakeholder perspectives, acting as a trusted link between business teams and IT experts 
  • Analize business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, or innovation—then help bring those ideas to life 
  • Gather and translate business needs into clear,structured requirements by evaluating inputs from multiple sources and ensuring a unified approach 
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather input and validate outcomes 
  • Gather development needs and help development lead to coordinate prioritization process 
  • Actively contribute for testing and contributein incident/problem handling 
  • Assist in creation of methodologies, templates and tools 
  • Actively participate in all Agile events 
  • To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Experience as a Business/IT Analyst/Scrum master or in similar role 
  • Higher education within a relevant field (bachelor's degree or higher) 
  • Expert-level Excel proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables and macros 
  •  A solid understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and hands-on experience applying them or an interest in developing your skills in areas such as SM 
  • Experience facilitating workshops, ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration 
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions and propose new approaches 
  • Great communication skills and fluency in English.

  • 3.200 € - 4.800 € a month
    The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
