Discover yourself professionally and join the Service Desk Lithuania team that is part of IT services operations team in Baltics, which provides a first-line support to users about information systems and computer equipment.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be:
1st level technical support to Banks employees Receiving, processing and resolving user applications via telephone and remote desktop management Expertly troubleshooting hardware and software issues Managing user accounts, access permissions, and password resets with precision Handling efficiently application registration and support.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Knowledge of MS Office applications User-level knowledge of the Windows operating system; Knowledge of ITIL processes; Ability to learn quickly and willingness to help others; Experience with incident bulletin processing; Good Lithuanian and English language skills to be able to convincingly and easily explain to Baltic users how to perform certain technical actions over the phone.

1.750 € - 2.600 € a month
Monthly salary range for this position (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.*
*Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
