About the role:
Global High Yield Sales is a specialist unit with professionals based in Stockholm and Oslo. As part of the team, you will play a senior role in the team’s daily activities — combining investor dialogue, market insight and execution capabilities to identify opportunities, deploy trading lines tactically, create value and reinforce SEB’s relevance to issuers. You will manage and develop institutional investor relationships as a close sparring partner to accounts active across both SEB’s primary and secondary flow, while working as part of one Sales team across sites and in close collaboration with Syndication, DCM and Research.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in High Yield Credit Sales / Credit Trading, or Equity Sales, from a leading bank or private bank.
- Established relationships with Nordic and/or international investors
- A commercial and proactive mindset — you generate activity, build trust with accounts, and act as a credible sparring partner
- A genuine team orientation, with experience collaborating closely with internal stakeholders in a transaction based environment
- The ability to operate across sites and functions
- Strong communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language
