Head of Cash Management Strategy & Delivery | SEB, Stockholm
The industry of Banking is changing rapidly with large transformations in the payment and liquidity infrastructure. This will benefit our clients as we modernize our Cash Management engine to leverage on these market changes. As this will be a continuous transformation journey it is key that we develop our Cash Management product and service offering stepwise towards our different client segments. As such, we are currently looking for a Head of CM Strategy & Delivery within Cash Management, as part of Transaction and Securities Services (TSS) within our Corporate and Investment banking division.

About the role
As Head of CM Strategy & Delivery, you will play a central role in defining the product strategy and product plan, including business requirements for both our existing and future CM product offering. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Drive the CM strategic and commercial agenda, aligning planning with Divisions, Segments and CM Sales; including strategy, target and KPI frameworks.
- Thorough understanding of client needs and feedback, while managing the planning and prioritization processes.
- Ensure best in class commercial support, namely Communication, RfP support by utilizing the Qvidian tool, and recurring client feedback loops.
- Take lead on our exploratory work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, to secure SEB’s forefront position in terms of development and product offering.
- Deliver on supporting processes including Pricing and Documentation management, Product planning processes and frameworks, Client Services concept ownership and Billing processes within the CM area.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a highly driven individual with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and knowledge of the payments and cash management market. You have a strategic mindset, structured approach, and good understanding of development needs related to payment and liquidity products. We also believe you have hands on experience from working with development of cash management, payment solutions, or similar areas or if you have experience as a management consultant with focus on cash management and financial services. An advantage would be if you have experience from the users of Integration channels e.g. Corporate Accounting, Finance departments or Corporate Treasuries.
