About the role: 
 
As Head of BRB Digital Channels & Advisory, you will lead a broad cross functional organization and set the strategic direction for its continued development. In this role, you will shape the long-term agenda for one of SEB’s most business critical areas, driving major transformation initiatives and strengthening our digital customer journeys. You will ensure operational and cost efficiency while fostering strong collaboration across both Tech and Business. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Set the strategic direction for Digital Channels & Advisory 

  • Drive development of customer facing digital systems  

  • Ensure cost efficient and sustainable operations 

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure effective execution 

  • Develop the leadership in the area and continuously drive change related to staffing and sourcing   
     

To thrive in this role, we believe you have: 

  • Proven track record of successfully leading large international tech driven organizations  

  • Experience from leading and executing on digital transformation initiatives  

  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, experience of CRM implementation will be meriting 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills  

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to navigate both high level direction and operational execution
