Are you structured, proactive, and service‑minded and do you enjoy keeping things running smoothly in a fast‑paced, international environment? We are looking for an Executive Assistant to our Head of Life Business Area, Linnea Ecorcheville, to support and drive daily operational efficiency through excellent coordination and administrative support.
About the role
In this role, you will provide proactive and reliable administrative support, enabling smooth day-to-day operations and planning/coordination of meetings and events. You will work closely with relevant stakeholders, and other assistants securing effective collaboration across organization
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calendar management, travel administration, invoicing, payments, and other ad‑hoc tasks
- Organizing and prioritizing incoming information and requests
- Coordinating and managing special tasks and projects as assigned
- Supporting the planning and execution of events and key meetings
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization and with other assistants
