We are now looking for an Event Coordinator who wants to take end-to-end responsibility for planning, coordinating, and delivering PWM’s client events, with a clear focus on quality, structure, and business value.

About the role

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that PWM’s event activities are well coordinated, professionally delivered, and clearly linked to the organization’s overall business goals. You act as a hub between different teams within PWM and ensure that client events are planned, communicated, and followed up in a structured way.

The role is operational in nature, but also requires a solid understanding of the business and the target groups within Private Wealth Management.

In this role, you will:

  • Keep PWM’s event calendar up to date and ensure forward planning and overview
  • Ensure that planned events contribute to PWM’s overall business and growth goals, in dialogue with business owners
  • Coordinate across teams and functions within PWM ahead of events and activities
  • Produce and distribute invitations, in line with PWM’s tone of voice and target group
  • Manage registrations and participant lists, including follow-up and internal feedback
  • When needed, liaise with external suppliers (venues, technology, catering, etc.) in connection with events
  • Ensure a high professional standard in delivery so that RM/CEX can focus on client relationships
  • Contribute to follow-up and learning after completed events

  • Professional, discreet, and quality-focused
  • Experience in event coordination, project administration, or a similar role—preferably in a professional services or financial environment
  • Used to working with calendars, invitations, participant management, and supplier contacts
  • Experience coordinating internally across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong administrative skills and used to working in a structured way across different systems
  • Experience from banking, finance, or Private Wealth Management is a merit
