Domain Architect – FCP Solutions | SEB, Stockholm
About the role
As a Domain Architect within FCP Solutions, you will take a holistic architectural responsibility spanning multiple domains such as Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, Fraud, Data, and supporting platforms within the area.
You will define and drive the architectural vision across the entire FCP Solutions area, ensuring alignment with SEB’s enterprise architecture, regulatory requirements, and long-term strategic direction. This role is central to enabling transformation towards modern, integrated, and intelligence-driven capabilities across Financial Crime Prevention.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, domain leads, product owners, and engineering teams across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
· Define and own the domain target architecture and roadmap for FCP Solutions, aligned with enterprise architecture and business strategy
· Govern the architecture of the FCP domain, including facilitating key architectural decisions and managing cross-domain dependencies
· Ensure alignment across FCP Solutions areas, platforms, and data flows within the area
· Drive cross-domain architectural coherence and simplification
· Steer solution design across major initiatives and transformation programs, ensuring alignment with target architecture and principles
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SEB standards
· Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership within FCP and Technology
· Drive adoption of modern architectural principles (API-first, event-driven, cloud-native, data-centric)
· Lead a team of 4-5 solution architects, coaching and supporting their delivery
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a senior and strategic architect who thrives in complex environments and can operate across organisational boundaries.
To succeed in this role, you likely have:
· Extensive experience in architectural leadership roles (Domain / Enterprise Architect)
· Experience leading a team of architects
· Proven ability to lead strategic architecture transformation across large, complex organisational areas
· Strong knowledge of data architecture, integration patterns, and distributed systems
· Experience working in regulated environments, preferably in financial services
· Strong ability to translate business strategy into clear architecture direction and roadmaps, and tangible change
· Experience influencing stakeholders at senior leadership level
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· It is a merit if you have experience within Financial Crime Prevention (AML, Screening, Transaction Monitoring, Surveillance) or similar regulatory domains.
