About the role: 

We are looking for a Data Quality Specialist to strengthen data quality management across the Baltic organization. In this role, you will partner with Data Owners, Data Stewards and business and technology teams to define data quality requirements, establish controls, and ensure consistent implementation across processes and reporting. 

In this role, you will become part of our Baltic Data Management team, where your expertise will help turn data quality ambitions into practical improvements across the organization. 

You will translate business and regulatory expectations into measurable requirements, KPIs and monitoring practices, while supporting teams in managing data quality risks, analyzing issues and driving continuous improvement. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Guide stakeholders in defining and maintaining data quality requirements for critical data and reporting processes. 

  • Develop and maintain methodologies, guidelines and practical support for the design and improvement of data quality controls. 

  • Provide expert guidance on establishing data quality KPIs, thresholds and monitoring routines.  

  • Support continuous improvement of data quality issue identification, registration, analysis and resolution processes. 

  • Advise and coach Data Owners, Data Stewards and business stakeholders on effective data quality management practices. 

  • Facilitate collaboration across business, risk, finance and technology functions, promoting consistent approaches across the organisation. 

  • Promote and continuously enhance data quality practices, governance and organisational awareness. 

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Experience in financial analysis, risk analysis, regulatory reporting or a related analytical area. 

  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and the importance of high-quality data in financial services. 

  • Practical experience with data quality requirements, controls, KPIs, thresholds or monitoring is highly valued. 

  • Experience working with data quality, data governance or metadata management tools is considered an advantage (for example Valido, Collibra or similar platforms). 

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, with ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and control logic. 

  • Ability to work with subject matter experts and challenge constructively when defining thresholds, KPIs and improvement actions. 

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to connect business and technology perspectives. 

  • Proactive, self-driven and comfortable working across teams in a complex environment.

3.500 € - 5.200 € a month
The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
