About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Credit Analyst/Senior Credit Analyst to join our Corporate Banking team. You’ll collaborate with a team of experienced professionals who value quality, trust, and teamwork, all within a supportive and high‑performing environment.

What you will be doing:
  • Leading credit analysis of large corporate clients, building a clear understanding of their business models, risks, and potential
  • Preparing financial forecasts and presenting well‑grounded recommendations to the Credit Committee
  • Playing an active role in structuring financing solutions together with client executives and other stakeholders
  • Bringing your perspective on industry developments, risks, and opportunities through sector insights and discussions
  • Advising colleagues and clients on financial and risk-related topics
  • Contributing to credit decisions, with the opportunity to take on greater decision-making responsibility as you grow in the role
What we are looking for:
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate credit analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting standards
  • Solid financial modelling skills and the ability to translate numbers into insights
  • A curious and thoughtful mindset, with the confidence to form and explain your own opinion
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and work effectively with different stakeholders
  • Fluency in Latvian and English. English language required as you will prepare written analysis and present it to credit committee in English

2.950 € - 5.000 € a month
The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
