Client Service Partner PWM&FO | SEB, Luxembourg
SEB Luxembourg branch serves as the hub for Private Wealth Management & Family Office (PWM&FO) services to Nordic nationals living abroad. It is also the base for many of SEB’s funds and offers global custody and related depositary services to financial institutions. We are around 150 employees with more than 20 different nationalities.
SEB Private Wealth Management & Family Office division provides a full range of dedicated services such as investment management, wealth planning, financing & mortgage solutions in addition to everyday banking for wealthy private individuals, investment companies and professional family offices. We have offices in the Nordic countries, as well as in Luxembourg, United Kingdom, France, Germany & Singapore.
You will be part of an international and client-oriented team consisting of highly experienced Client Executives and Client Service Partners working closely with some of the wealthiest international Nordic families.
As a Client Service Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and quality of service using the broad network of the SEB Group. You will work closely together with the Client Executives and other dedicated specialists, such as Traders, Wealth Planners and Credit Advisors.
Your main responsibilities in this role are the following:
- Playing a key role in the client team to deliver an outstanding service to some of SEB’s most important clients
- Communicating proactively with clients and coordinating their requests across departments
- Being responsible for the everyday banking part of the client relationship
- Receiving and executing orders, as well as helping clients with their instructions and requests
- Guiding and accompanying our clients through our digital offering and being a promoter of our E-Banking system
- Excellent client relationship skills and client-focused mindset
- Previous experience in an international private banking environment or having worked with Private Banking clients
- Team player attitude, allowing you to collaborate efficiently cross departments
- Flexibility towards work assignments with an ability to quickly adapt to changes
- Structured and proactive way of working and ability to manage your time and deliver according to agreed deadlines
- Willingness to continuously develop and improve processes and ways of working
- Excellent verbal and written language skills both in Finish and English; other languages are considered as an advantage
