SEB Luxembourg serves as the hub for Private Wealth Management & Family Office (PWM&FO) services to international Nordic clients, providing tailored wealth solutions in a global environment.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Client Executive to join our Client Coverage team within Private Wealth Management & Family Office (PWM&FO) in Luxembourg.

 

As a Senior Client Executive, you will hold overall responsibility for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, while driving new business opportunities within the international Nordic community and across our global network. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering holistic wealth management solutions and ensuring the highest standards of client service and relationship management.

 

Working closely with product specialists and internal stakeholders, you will ensure that clients benefit from seamless, scalable, and internationally coordinated solutions tailored to their evolving needs. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex client situations while maintaining rigorous risk and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop portfolio of high-value client relationships, with full accountability for profitability, risk management and long-term business growth
  • Identify and purse new business opportunities, driving client acquisition and business development initiatives
  • Serve as the primary trusted advisor for clients, developing a deep understanding of their financial objectives, family structures and wealth planning needs
  • Deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions by coordinating with investment, lending, wealth planning and product teams
  • Monitor market developments, industry trends and macroeconomic factors to identify opportunities and provide insight to clients
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and ensure full compliance with internal external governance frameworks
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to knowledge sharing and fostering a high-performance team culture
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Significant experience in private banking, wealth management or relationship management within an international banking environment
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and long-term value
  • Strong business development capabilities with success in client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Extensive knowledge of international financial markets, investment products, financing solutions and wealth structuring services as well as deep understanding of domestic and cross-boarded private wealth management environments
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to anticipate client needs while maintaining a pragmatic and commercial approach
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with ability to balance client opportunities with risk considerations
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and risk management frameworks applicable to private banking and wealth management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, fluency in at least one Nordic language is required
