Client Executive - SEB Growth | SEB, Stockholm
We are now looking for a Client Executive to join our team in Stockholm. You will be working with a dynamic portfolio of corporate clients across a wide range of industries. About the role:
As a Client Executive, you will lead your client team and directly contribute to our growth agenda and ambition to lead the corporate segment in Sweden by leveraging our core capabilities, enhancing scalability, and delivering an outstanding client experience for both existing corporate clients and new business prospects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the client team in day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with Business and Retail Banking’s strategy and values.
- Take responsibility for a defined group of corporate clients, serving as the primary point of contact for SEB’s offerings and proactively managing relationships with existing clients and driving prospecting of new clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through strategic dialogue and collaboration with SEB’s product teams, such as Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Venture Debt, Markets, Private Wealth Management our Branch offices and more.
- Oversee credit risk management and drive business development in close cooperation with the client and your client team.
This role is based in Stockholm.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- A higher academic degree in economics or a related field, along with a Swedsec license.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, relationship management, and credit, from a corporate banking environment.
- Experience from working with more complex, both national and international, corporate clients.
- A strong analytical skill from both a business- and credit perspective.
- A solid understanding of banking products and services.
- Great interest in sustainability and digitalization with the eagerness to expand your expertise in these areas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with a strong reputation in your professional environment.
- A commercially driven approach with the ability to lead, motivate, and coach team members.
As a Client Executive, and an informal leader for your client team, you are expected to create the best conditions to deliver on Business and Retail Banking Sweden’s business plan, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to drive your clients forward.
