About the role

You will be a part of a Real Estate Coverage team in Helsinki working with the largest local and international real estate investors in the Finnish market. We collaborate closely with colleagues in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Germany. The team has overall responsibility for providing and coordinating all banking services for our real estate clients. Our core offering includes financing, corporate finance, debt capital markets, cash management, and hedging solutions. We also have strong ambitions to promote sustainability across our business. Cross-team collaboration, proactive communication, and a focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essential parts of our daily work. 

As a Client Analyst in our Real Estate Coverage team, you will actively contribute to developing and strengthening client relationships. You will coordinate key client, credit, and regulatory activities, build internal financial models, prepare business case presentations and assess creditworthiness for bank committees. You'll also prepare client materials, collaborate with advisory teams on various client projects, and manage client communication and documentation as a key stakeholder. 

As a Client Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and executing credit proposals including credit analysis

• Managing credit limits for our clients · Handling client-related documentation and agreements

• Assisting and supporting Client Executives and Associates with credit processes, risk monitoring, client onboarding, and more

• Collaborating with relevant stakeholders across different teams and sites

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• A university degree in a relevant field coupled with genuine interest in real estate and finance.

• A growth mindset and motivation to develop professionally.

• Ability to take ownership and work independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills as well as technical skills with Excel and PowerPoint.

• Great communication skills and fluency in English and Finnish.

• A proactive and organized approach to managing documentation and day-to-day matters.
