Are you ready to take the next step in banking and put your experience into practice? Join us as a Business Services Specialist and contribute to delivering over 500 million transactions annually for our customers. At the heart of SEB’s daily operations, you will take ownership of daily banking processes, solve operational challenges and help improve the way we work. We also welcome applicants who are early in their careers and ready to take on new challenges.

About the role:

Business Services is part of the SEB Group, with over 1,700 colleagues working to support efficient banking operations and drive continuous improvement. We work with a broad range of financial products and collaborate daily with colleagues across several departments.

As a Business Services Specialist, you will manage and streamline daily banking processes, ensuring that financial transactions are handled accurately and within agreed deadlines. You will take responsibility for your tasks, solve operational challenges and actively identify opportunities to improve processes and explore more efficient ways of working. You will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, precision and continuous improvement.

We are particularly interested in applicants with relevant experience who can build on their knowledge and contribute to our daily operations and process improvements. We also welcome applicants who are early in their careers and have a strong motivation to work with process-oriented administration, learn and take responsibility. Your experience will provide the starting point for your continued development alongside knowledgeable colleagues.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Experience in process-oriented administration, ideally gained over several years. If you are early in your career, a strong motivation and willingness to work with these processes.
  • A structured way of working, with strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • A responsible approach to your tasks and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in communicating with clients.
  • A self-driven, positive and open-minded attitude, with curiosity and an eagerness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong motivation to drive continuous improvements, solve problems and explore more efficient ways of working.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Experience in banking operations or working with financial products is considered an advantage, as is experience in communicating with clients. Knowledge or experience of Intelligent Automation, modern automation tools and AI literacy is also considered an advantage.

This position requires on-site work at our office in Solna. Working hours are 8.30–17.00 on weekdays.
What we offer:
  • Great learning and development opportunities.
  • An international working environment with collaboration across the bank.
  • A collaborative department culture where we share knowledge and support each other throughout our transformation journey.
  • A healthy work–life balance within an inclusive and welcoming culture.
  • Competitive compensation and access to SEB’s staff banking benefits, including health insurance and pension savings.

Do you want to be a part of SEB?

It is our fundamental belief that inclusion and diversity is crucial for our future success. We strive to have an inclusive, value-driven culture where employees feel valued, respected, and involved irrespective of who they are, what they believe or where they come from.

If you have questions about the position, please contact Felice Eriksson, Talent Acquisition Specialist at felice.eriksson@seb.se, but we will not process applications via email.
