About the role

You will join a professional Business Services team that plays a key role in supporting our wealth management operations. In this team, we manage processes across the client life cycle, including post-trade activities, reporting, and payment handling. We ensure smooth administrative workflows, deliver operational support to internal stakeholders, and continuously work to improve our banking infrastructure. As a Business Services Specialist, your main responsibilities will involve overseeing and executing these processes, resolving day-to-day operational issues, and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Typical tasks include handling post-trade operations, managing internal reporting, and supporting payment-related activities. Collaboration across SEB teams and maintaining high standards of precision and efficiency are central to our daily work.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• a bachelor’s degree from a University of Applied Sciences or University (majoring in finance, accounting or similar)
• some earlier experience in banking / wealth management business
• accuracy and attention to detail, and you can prioritise tasks based on deadlines
• a self-driven, positive, open-minded and service-minded attitude
• confidence to absorb new ideas and methods quickly
• fluency in spoken and written English and Finnish
