Digital Channels Tribe is responsible for building and evolving our customer-facing digital ecosystem across web, mobile and API-driven platforms. We focus on delivering seamless, secure and scalable digital experiences that enable our customers and partners to interact with our services anytime, anywhere. Working in an agile, cross-functional setup, the tribe combines business, technology and customer insight to drive continuous innovation in digital banking.
The Open Banking Solutions & Integrations team operates at the intersection of internal platform enablement and external connectivity. In addition to developing API-based integrations and open banking capabilities, the team is responsible for building and evolving internal solutions that empower secure and scalable digital operations.
Our scope includes solutions for user and access rights management, limits configuration, consent handling, entitlement models and integration frameworks that are used across digital channels and by internal stakeholders. These capabilities are foundational to enabling safe partner integrations, compliant customer journeys and efficient internal processes.

- Drive the development and adoption of internal digital platform solutions, including user rights, access models, limits management and entitlement capabilities
- Identify business needs across digital channels and translate them into clear value propositions for internal solutions and integrations
- Take a leading role in project execution, from idea to implementation
- Support onboarding and enablement of internal users, teams and partners by clarifying solutions capabilities and business benefits
- Coordinate product rollouts by ensuring clear communication, training, documentation, customer support, and incident handling together with relevant units
- Collaborate with product owners, IT, legal, compliance and other stakeholders to bring solutions from idea to launch
- Prepare clear documentation for ingoing and new projects
- Has a structured, analytical mindset and can work independently in an agile environment
- Is proactive, curious and motivated to improve how internal digital ecosystems function
- Has strong prioritisation and organisational skills, with a hands-on approach to getting things done
- Is able to bridge business and technology, translating complex platform capabilities into clear business outcomes
- Has general knowledge of product development and user experience (UX)
- Feels comfortable navigating multiple internal stakeholders and aligning diverse interests
- Communicates fluently in English and Latvian languages. English language is required to work with colleagues and projects across Baltic countries.
- Understanding concepts such as user access rights, limits, entitlements, consent management or governance models is considered an advantage
