We are looking for a Business developer to join our Baltic Product Development & Technology organization in the Funds and Deposits Agile Team. If you are a quick learner, motivated and love solving complex problems with speed and creativity – this is your place.
You will be part of collaborative and high-performing Baltic team working with products that impact thousands of customers across our region. In this role you will work with various products and processes like deposits, investment funds, investment account, tax declaration, different regulatory documentation and many other things. You will have the opportunity to work with complex solutions for the investments area, that will expand your industry knowledge..
As a Business Developer you will be responsible for
Working together with the product owner and the team to develop secure and functional solutions for S&I products and processes. Continuous innovation to ensure future-proof products and processes; Creating development requirements and being a part of the entire development lifecycle; Maintaining and supporting existing products and services; Ensuring compliance with area-specific regulation; Testing of new and existing developments and solutions; Advise and support colleagues regarding our area products and services.
Who we are looking for
Experience and knowledge if investment products, processes and associated regulatory framework; Experience in IT development, project management, business analysis or other similar position; Drive to find and propose innovative solutions to complex problems; Excellent communication skills, to collaborate effectively with team members, as well stakeholders across the Baltics; Strong organizational skills, to manage priorities and workload effectively; High level of energy and drive for delivering customer value; Fluency in English language, as you will be working within an international team; Fluency in Estonian language, as you will be working with local specific tasks.

2.700 € - 3.900 € a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
