What's your team like?
You will become part of a professional international team working with non-life insurance products and processes across the Baltic states. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business and IT colleagues, stakeholders, partners, and other teams to develop, maintain, and improve insurance solutions for our customers and internal users

Maintain and continuously improve non-life insurance products and business processes.

Participate in the development of non-life insurance products and customer journeys.

Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
-
Provide daily support and guidance to internal users and front-line employees.
-
Follow insurance regulations and ensure compliance within the non-life insurance product area.
-
Facilitate collaboration and drive agreements with stakeholders, partners, and third parties.

Participate in business development initiatives, projects, and change activities.

Support the implementation of changes in IT solutions, ensuring business needs are properly represented.

Experience and knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulatory framework.

Fluency in Latvian and English.

Manage priorities and workload effectively, independent and fast learner;
