What's your team like?  

You will become part of a professional international team working with non-life insurance products and processes across the Baltic states. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business and IT colleagues, stakeholders, partners, and other teams to develop, maintain, and improve insurance solutions for our customers and internal users

As a business developer you
  • Maintain and continuously improve non-life insurance products and business processes.  

  • Participate in the development of non-life insurance products and customer journeys.  

  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.  

  • Provide daily support and guidance to internal users and front-line employees.  

  • Follow insurance regulations and ensure compliance within the non-life insurance product area.  

  • Facilitate collaboration and drive agreements with stakeholders, partners, and third parties.  

  • Participate in business development initiatives, projects, and change activities.  

  • Support the implementation of changes in IT solutions, ensuring business needs are properly represented. 

Who are we looking for?
  • Experience and knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulatory framework. 

  • Fluency in Latvian and  English. 

  • Manage priorities and workload effectively, independent and fast learner; 

  • Ability to manage priorities and workload effectively; self-driven, independent, and a fast learner. 

  • Experience in driving activities, initiatives, or projects from idea to implementation. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and cooperation skills across teams and countries 

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the determination to identify and advocate for new solutions to complex challenges. 

  • Knowledge of lending products and processes is considered an advantage.

2.250 € - 3.250 € a month
The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
