Do you enjoy working in a team that builds trading solutions, where you can turn ideas into real, impactful improvements? We’re looking for a Business Developer (Analyst) to join our Trading team in the Savings & Investments Tribe. 

Our Trading team builds and develops important applications that support trading services used by our Baltic clients. We work in an environment where attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving matter a lot – but just as important is how we support each other and work as a team. 

Your day-to-day:
  • Talk to stakeholders, understand their needs, and turn insights into clear requirements 

  • Work closely with software developers to ensure smooth delivery and quality 

  • Investigate and resolve issues quickly and effectively 

  • Think end-to-end about solutions by preparing and executing test scenarios to ensure everything works as expected 

  • Create and maintain documentation (processes, procedures, training materials) 

  • Work in a highly autonomous team – owning scope, planning, and delivery 

Your skills and experience:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail 

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset 

  • Manage your time well and can effectively prioritize your workload 

  • Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks independently 

  • Fluent Lithuanian and English 

  • A proactive, positive, can-do mindset 

Nice to have:
  • Experience in business analysis, product development 

  • Experience in quality assurance (QA) (e.g., defining test scenarios, executing) 

  • Knowledge of investment products and financial markets

2.700 € - 3.900 € a month
The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
