About the role
As a Business Controller within Group Technology, you will be responsible for one or several assigned areas and act as a close financial partner to management and key stakeholders. You will provide financial advisory through reporting and analysis with the objective to efficiently reach set financial goals.
In addition to the core controller responsibilities, this role has a clear AI focus. You will play an important part in:

Exploring, testing and driving the use of AI in controlling processes

Developing how AI can be applied for analysis, insight generation, automation and efficiency

Contributing to new ways of working, both in daily operations and within the controller team

Acting as an AI ambassador, supporting adoption and sharing best practices across the team
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent
-
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Business Controller or similar
-
Solid experience in financial analysis, forecasting and reporting
-
Highly interested in AI and how it can be applied practically in controlling and analytics
-
Hands‑on and curious, with experience of testing or using AI tools in your daily work
-
Analytical, structured and solution‑oriented, with the ability to see both details and the bigger picture
-
Proactive, driven and eager to explore new ways of working
-
Communicative and collaborative, comfortable interacting with managers and stakeholders
