About API Platform Team
The API Platform team delivers API services for Open Banking Third Party Providers (TPPs), ERPs, business customers, and internal delivery teams across the Baltic markets.
We are responsible for the design, development, and evolution of APIs, integration capabilities, and supporting digital services that enable secure and reliable data exchange across internal and external channels. Our services support Open Banking, payment initiation and account information services, ERP connectivity, customer integrations, and digital solutions used throughout the bank. This role focuses on business analysis, requirements management, APIs, integrations, and digital services while working closely with business and technology stakeholders
- Contribute to Baltic-wide initiatives delivering API services for Open Banking TPPs, ERPs, business customers, and internal delivery teams.
- Analyze APIs, integrations, and business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and translating business needs into clear requirements.
- Break down initiatives into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and actionable.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and solution discussions with development teams.
- Create and maintain documentation, process diagrams, and other supporting materials.
- Support testing, release activities, and stakeholder alignment, including collaboration with risk, compliance, legal, security, and operational experts when needed.
- Proactively contribute ideas and identify opportunities to improve API services and customer experience.
- Has a structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and can work independently in an agile environment.
- Has experience with business requirements, process analysis, system analysis, or digital product development projects.
- Can bridge business and technology, translating complex needs into clear requirements and solutions.
- Has experience defining functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Is comfortable working with APIs, integrations, digital platforms, and technology-driven solutions.
- Has strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrates ownership, curiosity, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Communicates fluently in Estonian and English.
Knowledge of PSD2, Open Banking, REST APIs, integrations, or banking and financial services is an advantage.
