We are looking for a talented individual to join the Baltic Division HR team as a Business Analyst for HR operations and the digital solutions area. Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, experience in process management and development, a passion for learning, and a collaborative nature to make our team complete!

You will be part of a professional, international Baltic HR team, and in your daily work, you will closely collaborate with group HR colleagues, mainly from the Compensation & Benefits competency area, as well as HR administration and payroll teams in the three Baltic countries. You will be driving process development and alignment activities, leading or participating in projects or initiatives within HR operations and the digital solutions area in the Baltics.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead and manage change initiatives, including acting as project manager and coordinating implementation strategies.
  • Develop business cases and conduct impact analyses, engaging stakeholders across HR, business, and technology on Baltic and SEB Group level.
  • Gather and translate business needs into clear structured requirements by evaluating

inputs from multiple sources and ensuring a unified approach.

  • Analize Baltic Division HR operations processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, innovation and alignment - then help bring those ideas to life.
  • Coordinate and support development of HR tools/systems.
  • Maintain and prioritize initiative backlogs while ensuring up-to-date process documentation and risk prevention.
  • Assist in creation of methodologies, templates and tools.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Proven experience in project and process management, understanding of HR operations processes is advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with agile IT system development and implementation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for effective stakeholder cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to develop policies and guidelines supporting HR processes and standards.
  • Track record of driving efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement in SEB.

2.750 € - 3.950 € a month

(before tax deduction).

The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
