An opportunity to play a central role in how the Corporate & Investment Banking division in SEB realises value from its CRM and sales platform, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 — bridging business needs, user adoption, and configuration of new functionality for business value.

We are looking for a hands-on Application Specialist to support and continuously improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform within the Corporate & Investment Banking division (CIB). This role is a combination of business analysis, end user adoption and support, and application configuration. You will work closely with front office roles (e.g. client executive and product sales) to ensure that the platform is well adopted, well configured, and genuinely useful to the business. You will work equally close with the product owner and technology team, in continuous development and support of the platform. You will thrive in this role if you are passionate about the combination of business, data and technology and like to get things done.

About the role

In this role you will:

  • Act as a key point of contact for end users, supporting relationship managers and sales teams in adoption as well as daily assistance and problem solving.

  • Drive and participate in user adoption initiatives, incl. conducting user training sessions and developing training materials.

  • Work closely with business users to understand needs, pain points and opportunities, and translate them into clear requirements.

  • Support the product owner in refining user stories, validating solutions and prioritizing platform enhancements.

  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g. views, forms, workflows, business rules) to support relationship management, client lifecycle and sales processes.

  • Participate in change initiatives and releases, from requirement refinement to rollout and user adoption.

  • Contribute to improving data quality, reporting and insights, ensuring the platform supports decision-making across the CIB value chain.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Service), ideally in a role close to the business (application specialist, functional consultant, business analyst or similar).

  • Strong ability to bridge business and technology, prototyping and translating complex business requirements into practical application configurations.

  • Understanding of banking or financial services is a strong advantage.

  • Experience supporting businesscritical applications in production, including configuration, testing and user support.

  • A collaborative mindset and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, relationship managers and sales teams.

  • A structured and qualityfocused way of working, with an appreciation for governance, architecture, data quality and regulatory requirements.

  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously improve how technology supports the business including leveraging AI.

  • Fluency in English; Swedish is considered an advantage.

What we offer:

  • The opportunity to work close to the business in Corporate & Investment Banking, one of SEB’s main business areas.

  • A role where you can combine business understanding and technology, and see the direct impact of your work.

  • A collaborative and inclusive culture built on SEB’s values of trust, integrity and longterm thinking.

  • Professional development through challenging assignments, learning opportunities and collaboration across SEB.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits, along with flexibility that supports a healthy worklife balance.
