Summary of investors' rights

The name of the Sub-Fund will change from SEB Fund 3 – SEB Global All Countries Exposure to SEB Fund 3 – SEB Global All Countries Exposure Lux, effective 22 October 2026.

The change is made to distinguish the Sub-Fund from the newly launched Swedish-domiciled fund SEB Global All Countries Exposure; the suffix "Lux" reflects the Sub-Fund's Luxembourg domicile.

The investment objective, policy and fees of the Sub-Fund remain unchanged, and no action is required from shareholders.
