SEB Funds AB lowers management fees and removes performance fees for SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Listed Private Equity Fund, effective 1 April 2026
We at SEB Funds AB will reduce the management fees and remove performance fees in SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Listed Private Equity Fund with effect from 1 April 2026. The fee reduction forms part of our ongoing work to ensure that our product offering remains relevant and competitively priced. The new fee levels will apply from 1 April 2026.
If you are invested in SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Listed Private Equity Fund, you do not need to take any action. The change will not affect the value of your fund units. However, you should be aware of the updated fee structure.
