Summary of investors' rights

SEB Asienfond ex Japan will increase its investment limit for the domestic Chinese market and adopt a new benchmark index.

SEB Asienfond ex Japan’s investment limit for the domestic Chinese market will increase from 10% to 15%. At the same time, the fund’s benchmark index will change from MSCI All Country (AC) Asia ex Japan Net Return Index to MSCI AC Asia ex Japan 10/40 Index.

These changes are intended to give the fund greater flexibility to invest in domestic Chinese equities, known as A-shares, and to introduce a benchmark index that better reflects the fund’s investment universe. The changes will take effect on 1 June 2026.
If you are invested in the fund, you do not need to take any action. The changes will not affect the value of your fund units, but we would like to keep you informed of these updates.
