SEB Emerging Markets Indexnära changes legal name, adopts new benchmark index and introduces securities lending opportunity.

SEB Emerging Markets Indexnära will change its legal name, adopt a new benchmark index, and be given the option to lend securities. The purpose of these changes is to simplify the fund’s legal name, switch to a more customised benchmark index, and introduce the option for the fund managers to use securities lending. This allows the fund to potentially generate higher returns for unitholders.

The changes will take effect on 19 December 2025.

As an investor in the fund, you do not need to take any action. Neither you as a customer nor the value of your fund units will be affected. However, it is important that you are aware of the changes.
