Erik Meyersson

Erik Meyersson joined SEB in 2023 as Chief Emerging Markets Strategist. Previous positions include senior economist at Handelsbanken Capital Markets and vice president at Goldman Sachs Macro Research. Before joining the private sector Erik was Assistant Professor at the Stockholm Institute for Transition Economics (SITE) and has held visiting positions at Harvard University and the London School of Economics, with his research mentioned in Bloomberg, The Economist, Financial Times, and the Harvard Business Review among others. Erik holds a PhD in economics from Stockholm University.
