SEB Investment Management AB

SEB Investment Management AB is one of the largest asset managers in the Nordics. We offer a wide variety of funds and tailor-made investment management solutions for private and institutional investors.

SEB Investment Management AB has the licence from Finansinspektionen to conduct fund operations (Swedish Investment Funds Act 2004:46 and Swedish Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act 2013:561), discretionary portfolio management and investment advice regarding financial instruments.

SEB Investment Management AB engages the services of SEB to execute aspects of the business including Investment Management AB's share/unitholder register, compliance with rules, personnel administration, handling complaints, IT services and more. Bank of New York Mellon takes care of some aspects of fund administration, such as calculation of the funds' net asset value. SEB IM AB's service contract with SEB also covers fund distribution and marketing. Portfolio management of some funds is outsourced to external partners.

Investment Management AB is a member of Swedish Investment Fund Association and thus follows "Swedish Code of Conduct for fund management companies”.

Remuneration Policy

We have a long-term vision regarding the employment conditions of our staff. Total remuneration shall contribute to developing our competitiveness and profitability through the company being able to attract, retain, motivate and reward competent and skillful employees. In order to achieve this objective, our board of directors has adopted a remuneration policy based on Swedish and international regulations.
