Three SEB funds received recognition at the 2024 Nordics Lipper Fund Awards

Risk information

Past performance does not guarantee future performance. The value of investment funds and other financial instruments may rise as well as fall and there is no guarantee you will recover your original investment.

The 2024 Nordics Lipper Fund Awards reflect an independent and uncompromised assessment of fund performance. At the 2024 awards SEB Pension Fund Plus, SEB Sweden Small Cap C/R fund and SEB Nordenfond won in different categories.

The LSEG Lipper Fund Awards Nordics 2024 reflect an independent assessment of fund performance. This year, SEB Pensionsfond Plus, SEB Sweden Small Cap C/R fund and SEB Nordenfond, all won in their respective categories.

For the first time, SEB Pensionsfond Plus, managed by Asset Management's multi-management team, has been honoured with the LSEG Lipper Fund Awards Nordics 2024 for Best Mixed Asset SEK Aggressive Fund over three years.

“Receiving acknowledgement for our multi-strategy approach across diverse geographies and asset classes, and with sustainability as an integrated part of our investment process, is undoubtedly an honour,” declares Agneta Altino, who is part of the management team, and continues:

“Our strong track record over the last three years is a testament to our team’s persistent dedication to our investment process, which emphasises a long-term perspective and focuses on active allocation between various diversified asset classes.”

Two other SEB funds stand out by winning the most prestigious category, the award for consistently delivering positive risk-adjusted returns and outperforming their peers over a decade.

Among them is the SEB Sweden Small Cap C/R fund, managed by Jimmy Bengtsson, which was awarded the LSEG Lipper Fund Awards Nordics 2024 in the category Best Equity Sweden Small & Mid Cap Fund over ten years. The fund previously received the same award for 2022 and 2023.

“Our success through our commitment to our long-term strategy in the small-cap space is both exhilarating and validates our approach,” says Jimmy Bengtsson, Portfolio Manager.

Our selected companies typically boast robust market positions, competent senior leadership prioritising shareholder interests, and undergo thorough sustainability assessments," explains Tommi Saukkoriipi, who manages the SEB Nordenfond.
