John Erikmats
John joined the Sustainability team at SEB Asset Management in 2022. Prior to this, he worked at AMF Funds & Pensions, where he held a highly operational role focused on sustainability and performance.
Prior to his current role as Acting Head of Sustainability at SEB Asset Management, John was part of the Sustainability team, where he worked on integrating sustainability across all liquid investment strategies. He also contributed to the development of analytical tools and sustainability models, as well as the procurement and management of sustainability data.
In his current role, he builds on this experience to support and lead the firm’s sustainability agenda.
John brings broad experience in sustainability-related activities within the financial sector.
He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering and Management, with a specialisation in Risk Management, from Umeå University.
