SEB's Cash Management awarded Highest Customer Satisfaction in Europe

In this year's poll, which surveyed over 4,000 corporates, SEB came out on top globally in 11 out of 23 customer satisfaction categories, including level of commitment to your cash management business, quality of personnel and industry expertise and knowledge.

"This is a fantastic result that we are extremely proud of. It validates our international competitiveness and that our expertise spans over products, personnel, capabilities and technology. Since this is a customer poll it is especially encouraging. It shows that we are on the right track and that our customers appreciate our offering," says Erik Zingmark, head of Cash Management. "

"Going forward initiatives like SEPA create new challenges and demands, requiring that we continue to innovate and advance," Erik Zingmark concludes.

Technical know-how, technological acceptance and historically high business costs in the Nordics has demanded that SEB create more efficient processes, STP levels and solutions while working hard to keep costs down. Additionally, customers are more advanced in the Nordics and have been export oriented for a very long time, which has given SEB a greater understanding of how to meet their Cash Management needs.

SEB is a North European financial group serving some 400,000 corporate customers and institutions and five million private customers. SEB has a local presence in the Nordic and Baltic countries, Germany, Poland,
