Petteri Karttunen, who has worked within Gyllenberg since 1988, will keep his previous responsibilities in his new role.
New Head of Merchant Banking in Finland is Marcus Nystén, currently global Head of Foreign Exchange, a responsibility which he will keep.
Petteri Karttunen, Jan Stjernström and Marcus Nystén will assume their positions on 1 September.
