Fredrik Boheman new member of SEB's Group Executive Committee

The Board has today appointed Fredrik Boheman as Executive Vice President of SEB and member of the Group Executive Committee as from 1 November, 2005.

Boheman, who joined SEB as a trainee in 1985, is at present Head of SEB's operations in Germany.

"Fredrik Boheman has successfully developed Merchant Banking in Germany, which has more than doubled the result in three years, and is since February this year responsible for our entire operations in Germany. Given the importance of SEB's German operations it is natural that Fredrik now becomes a member of the Group Executive Management", says Annika Falkengren, SEB's incoming CEO.
