Christian Dahlberg has been appointed head of SEB's New York branch. Dahlberg, currently a client executive within Client Relationship Management at SEB Merchant Banking, succeeds Einar Thodal-Ness.
Dahlberg joined SEB in 1996 as a client executive and since then has focused on larger corporate clients. Before joining SEB, he worked in the United States for Alfa-Laval and later for Handelsbanken in New York. Dahlberg, who has a degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, will take up his responsibilities in September.
Thodal-Ness, as previously announced, is returning to Sweden after four years in the United States to become head of Region South within Nordic Retail & Private Banking.
