SEB took the honour in the large companies category, which includes organisations with more than 250 employees. The awards are based on a survey of the general population.
“To be the most attractive employer is a great acknowledgement. We are very grateful to our employees, because while communicating with customers, friends and family they shape the opinion of our bank,” Raimondas Kvedaras, head of SEB in Lithuania, says.
He adds creating a great place to work is one of SEB’s key priorities and involves team work over the long term.
