SEB won in the large corporations category and in total the bank has claimed the top spot five times since the competition started seven years ago. SEB has won the title in 2005, 2007, 2009, 2010 and now in 2011.
“Getting to the peak is always easier than staying there. Therefore, every year this award is a very important acknowledgement for us. What makes me especially happy is that the name of SEB is getting associated with the status of the most attractive employer,” Raimondas Kvedaras, head of SEB in Lithuania says.
He says this is valuable asset, for which he is extremely grateful to each employee – all committed, driving and strong in a unanimous team of professionals to which the majority of the survey participants would like to belong.
Kvedaras says SEB will continue to look for new solutions to create an environment for encouraging, attracting and maintaining the best professionals.
Same as last year, the companies were classified in two categories: small and medium (with up to 250 employees), and large companies (more than 250 employees).
