How to protect yourself from fraud
- Never share your BankID, passwords, codes, card details or personal information with someone who contacts you.
- If you receive an unexpected call, message or email, stop the conversation and contact SEB yourself through a channel you know is genuine.
- Do not click links or use call-back functions from the person who contacted you.
- If you have shared sensitive information or lost money, contact your bank immediately and report the incident to the police.
Remember: SEB will never ask you to log in or share codes to stop a fraud.
