Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme at SEB. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. One week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learning design thinking methods. You will also get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

As part of the Customer Overview and Digital Enablers Tribe, Cross-Business team, you will play a key role in the smooth implementation of processes and services, including service plans, marketing consents and offers. Join us for a hands-on experience in a collaborative environment where your ideas will help drive change and make a meaningful impact on our customers' journeys.
Your responsibilities will include:
Test the functionalities improved / developed, and analyze the resultsWrite and update necessary documentation (i. e., procedure rules, training materials, etc.)Support the colleagues with incident resolution, regular maintenance tasks or any other assistance, as required within the team area of responsibilitySupport Product Owner in business planning process, as well as help them optimize backlog planning for maximum valueExecute sprint tasks in a self-organized and autonomous manner, to contribute to the sprint goal and committed deliveries

1.050 € - 1.300 € a month
Before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
