The Board of Directors' final proposals to the SEB Annual General Meeting 2009 are now available on SEB's website,
www.sebgroup.com. These proposals comprise items 17-22 of the agenda.
The Annual General Meeting is held on Friday 6 March 2009 at 3 p.m. at Cirkus, Djurgårdsslätten 43-45, Stockholm.
