SEB's Board of Directors' proposals to the Annual General Meeting 2009

The Board of Directors' final proposals to the SEB Annual General Meeting 2009 are now available on SEB's website, www.sebgroup.com. These proposals comprise items 17-22 of the agenda.
The Annual General Meeting is held on Friday 6 March 2009 at 3 p.m. at Cirkus, Djurgårdsslätten 43-45, Stockholm.
